These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Big Rapids Store-All website (www.brstoreall.com) and your rental of storage units from Big Rapids Store-All (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing our site or using our services, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Rental Agreement
All rentals are subject to a separate Rental Agreement signed via DocuSign at the time of reservation. These Terms supplement, but do not replace, the Rental Agreement.
2. Use of Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not use our site to engage in fraudulent activity, interfere with other users, or violate any applicable laws.
3. Online Reservations
- Unit availability and pricing are subject to change without notice until a lease is signed.
- Payment information entered for reservations is securely stored and processed.
- Lease start date, checking account number, and routing number may be auto-filled for your convenience during reservation.
4. Access and Security
Each tenant will receive a unique access code to enter the facility. Access logs may be time-stamped and monitored for security purposes. Tenants are responsible for securing their individual unit with a personal lock.
5. Payment Terms
- Monthly payments must be made on time to maintain access to your unit.
- We reserve the right to charge late fees or restrict access for missed payments, as outlined in your lease.
- Banking information provided is used to process rent payments and may be stored securely for recurring billing.
6. Prohibited Storage Items
Tenants may not store hazardous materials, flammable items, illegal substances, or perishable goods. Violating this rule may result in immediate termination of your lease and potential legal action.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the lease per the terms in the Rental Agreement. Upon termination, all personal items must be removed from the unit, and the unit must be left in good condition.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for damage or loss of items stored in your unit unless caused by our direct negligence. We strongly encourage tenants to maintain personal insurance coverage for stored items.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website or services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts located in Mecosta County, Michigan.
